Toya Wright picked the wrong one.

The estranged wife of Former Arista Records A&R Mickey “Memphitz” Wright, put her life on display for WeTV’s Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars. The show, that is suppose to repair marriages between celebrity couples, did nothing to fix their relationship.

But it is quite interesting to watch on the small screen, as revealed in this new clip.

A conversation between the Wrights goes from 0 to 60 when asked about his issues with his wife.

“I have my idea of what living my life is, and nobody is going to get in the way of that,” Memphitz says in the clip. “Listen, I’ve been supporting her, in everything she does, for the last couple of years. I’m putting all my attention into her and losing who I am.”

When asked by Toya what he wants her to do, Memphitz gets combative. “Stay in your lane,” he yells. “That means stay in your lane and stay out of my business!”

Toya recently spoke about their dissolved marriage on Atlanta’s V-103 radio station. “I did it so we could make things work,” she said as the reasoning behind going on the show. “At least take the counseling with Jim and Elizabeth… I can honestly say after filming this show, I learned a whole lot about myself. I learned about Memph and I. We weren’t as compatible as I thought we were. It was crazy.”

The couple have since filed for divorce.

If there’s any question as to why they didn’t work out, we need to look no further than this show. Because, wow.

WeTV’s Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars comes on Fridays at 9pm EST.
