K Dot & 2 Chainz Release New Projects [Red or Blue Pill]
Kendrick Lamar’s Untitled Unmastered and 2 Chainz’ ColleGrove.
These releases are both derived from the hip-hop genre, but they couldn’t be more different.
In one hand, we have the blue pill.
“You take the blue pill, and the story ends. You wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe.”
ColleGrove is marketed as a joint venture between 2 Chainz and Lil’ Wayne, but it’s technically billed as a 2 Chainz album.
Wayne lends his vocals on eight of the thirteen tracks while Chainz guides the artistic direction.
