Police said they were called to 4600 block of McNeil St after a 911 caller reported hearing a neighbor playing loud music.
In addition to the loud music, the caller described hearing a male screaming and saying he was going to set the building on fire.
Upon arrival, officers approached the front door and knocked several times. That’s when James Anthony Hall, 45, emerged from a rear hallway armed with a sword, police said. According to WLWT
