Jennifer Connell is suing her 12 -year-old nephew for an injury she obtained at his 8th birthday party. She says when she arrived at his 8-year-old birthday party he jumped in her arms to fast and they both fell on the ground.
She said she broke her wrist but she didn’t want to ruin his birthday party and that’s why she didn’t tell him.
