Nevermind the fact that Tyga and Kylie Jenner are photographed together on a damn near daily basis, Boosie is now claiming that Tyga can’t possibly be referring to Kylie in the lyrics to “Pleazer” because they weren’t together when the song was recorded.

According to TMZ reports:

Can’t a guy just rap about some rough sex without everyone trying convict him of statutory rape?

That’s the first amendment case being made by Boosie Badazz on behalf of his good friend Tyga, who’s caught a ton of flak for rapping about sex and “catching a felony”… which many thought was a reference to 17-year-old Kylie Jenner.

Boosie — who is featured on the track “Pleazer” — stands behind Tyga’s claim that the song was recorded before Tyga and KJ even got together. In fact, Boosie even posted a photo with Tyga in the studio that day.

Boosie says it’s unfair to use Tyga’s old lyrics against him … an issue Boosie has some legit history with.

Boosie was indicted on first degree murder charges back in 2010 and prosecutors tried to use lyrics of his (about killing people, mind you) as part of the case against him.

He was eventually found not guilty.

Hmmm the lyrics are “I hit her, she backwards, lickin her a**hole. My d**k is the password T nasty, bout to catch a felony for it Va**na juice like orange juice in the mornin.”

So if it’s not about Kylie — who is he catching a felony for???
