It seems that GOP Advocate, Elizabeth Lauten, found out just exactly what being dragged online is all about. After a recent speech given by President Obama that his daughters, Sasha and Malia were present, she logged onto her social media and began to insult them. She posted:
After being attacked on social media herself for taking aim at members of the First Family, she apologized on her Facebook page.
“I quickly judged the two young ladies in a way that I would never have wanted to be judged myself as a teenager….after many hours of prayer, talking to my parents, and re-reading my words online I can see more clearly just how hurtful my words were.”
This morning, we have learned through NBC, Lauten’s resignation is “in the works”. Lauten is said to resign today.
