Frank Ocean has come out of witness protection and is already screwed. He wants to change his name! Mr. Speed Racer has several tickets he needs to pay before he can make that happen. Frank doesn’t have your typical parking tickets… Allegedly he has outstanding speeding tickets for driving 31miles over the speed limit. Another is for expired insurance. He allegedly received another ticket that has yet to be paid for driving without headlights! There’s rumors that he was a no-show for court and so on. So his request to change his name to his government name of Christopher Breaux will probably be denied!
