Jamal Jones of Indiana was a passenger in the car with his girlfriend and 2 kids when they were pulled over. They were stopped and ticketed for driving without a seat belt. Jones can be seen talking to officers on the passenger side of the car and moments later the glass is shattered by police and Jones is tased and pulled out of the car. The stop was caught on a cellphone.
