Wow, I could barely keep up! Jake appears to be down but how down is he and how long will these booty calls last? Mellie is depressed but the president has chosen to support her through this time. I just wonder if this grieving family will last the entire season.

I’m still a little confused about the relationship between Olivia and Fitz. He definitely cleared the room to get her opinion on his speech. Was it just me or were you expecting more between them? I figured something popped off from the way Fitz exuded confidence and by the way Olivia seemed so nonchalant after their alone time. I guess we’re just going to have to keep watching to see what it all means. During his speech, Fitz revealed that he and his family were still grieving the loss of their son and challenged everyone with one simple question, “How many other children are we going to let die before we put an end to this?”
