A lawsuit was filed earlier yesterday in the <strong>FEDERAL COURT</strong> in Manhattan by a woman claiming to be the <strong>SURROGATE</strong> – who gave birth to Blue Ivy Carter.
The woman, named Tina Seals, is asking to have the judge declare <strong>HER</strong> to be the mother of Blue. She’s also asking for <strong>CUSTODY</strong> of Bey’s daughter.
Bey’s lawyers have yet to respond.
