When LAHH Benzino was leaving his mother’s funeral he was shot by his nephew, Gai Scott who says he shot Benzino because he feared for his life after Benzino allegedly sent threatening text messages saying he was going to kill him. This story sounds awful, doesn’t really sound like self-defense to me but who am I to judge.
Gai will go before a judge today for a hearing in Plymouth District Court.
