Beyonce is not only HOTT with her music, on the red carpet and with her boo-JayZ. Beyonce, Jennifer Garner and Jane Lynch are among a group of women asking that young women go ahead and be leaders sans the fear of being labeled bossy.
“I think the word ‘bossy’ is just a squasher,” says Glee star Jane Lynch.
Condolezza Rice, Diane Von Furstenberg, and Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg also are involved in the campaign and Bey sums up what the whole movement is about.
“Be brave. Be you,” says Bey. “I’m not bossy. I’m the boss.”
