NBA player Jason Collins wore the number 46 as his jersey number for his first game back in the NBA. After his first game his number 98 Jersey was in such high demand that the NBA has made it available once again for sale. Collins wore the No. 98 in the 2012-13 season for the Celtics and Wizards, in tribute to Matthew Shepard, the gay teenager who was killed in 1998.
