The track is a bit of a departure from Sage The Gemini’s Bay area sound heard in songs like “Gas Pedal” and “Red Nose” (which, let’s be honest, were basically the same song…and while we’re being; both had me twerking). Sage’s latest single, Down On Your Luck, which features August Alsina, has a grittier R&B/Mainstream feel.
