While enjoying my day off on Tuesday, I stumbled across a TV show titled “Paternity Court.”
Judge Lauren Lake happens to be the judge and host of the show. Before viewing the show, I assumed it was a duplicate of the very popular Maury show. However,the shows are slightly different. The Paternity test results are given in a court setting, while Maury’s results are given on stage in front of a view audience. The judge not only gives the paternal results but she also attempt to make sure the families are empowered and that they step up and hold themselves accountable for their actions after receiving the results. I can acknowledge the shows differences yet, I still feel Paternity Court is very similar to Maury.
