In this interview with VLADTV, Rapper Saigon opens up about his decision to join Vh1′s “Love & Hip Hop,” explaining that he was just trying to stay on-trend with what’s going on in the world of hip hop these days. He adds that everything is already taped and uploaded to the web these days, so he thought he’d take matters into his own hands by joining a reality show.

“I think everybody’s on a reality show. If you don’t believe me, get into a fight in public and see how many cameras are on your ass,” he reasons. “If you have a fight amongst your people if there is somebody with a camera there somebody is gonna upload it and say ‘Worldstar’ and now Q is getting paid off of that…when I got into a fight with Prodigy I didn’t want that on line. But it was all on line…so if y’all gonna put me on a reality show anyway I’m gonna do it myself.”
