Sean Kingston is being sued for 5million! A woman claims that she was sexually assaulted by the musician and his bodyguard after she became wasted and could not give proper consent. Police dropped the charges on the alleged incident after she filed charges the first time back in 2010. According to the authorities the woman was not credible. Seems she not backing down and has filed a civil suit against Kingston. Stay tuned!
