Ok so even tho the New generation doesn’t really know the history of Aaliyah and the moves she made you can still hear her on tracks with Drake and Chris Brown. You’d have to really respect Hip Hop and it’s powerhouses that are no longer here. The word is that there will be a movie coming out on the life of Aaliyah!! As an original fan I feel this movie is overdue. But Solage is slated to play the role in the upcoming movie. Granted she resembles her a bit but can she even act??? I’d prefer they have a seasoned actress take the role but I’m not directing it. I’ll keep you up to date with the scoop on the movie.
