When it comes to food, keep it simple! Hamburgers, hot dogs, and ribs. For sides potato salad, macaroni salad or any other type of pasta salad.
Food/drinks can get expensive. Have your incoming guest bring some beverages and even sides/desserts to take the pressure off you.
Decorating- backyard with red, white and blue streamers and balloons. Some other things you might consider adding would be a tablecloth, napkins and plates that are red, white, and blue or you can choose ones that have a picture of the flag or fireworks. Don’t forget paper plates, napkins and cups 4th of July theme
Daytime entertainment-karaoke machine, allow swimming in a pool, have a stereo system set up.
Decide WHERE you are going to have the party
