Talk about bad luck (and karma). This Florida man was arrested and charged with first-degree murder from May 5 after he accidentally butt-dialed 911 revealing his murder plans.
Scott Simon, 24, got into an argument with the victim, Nicholas Walker, at a Waffle House (cause of argument is unknown). In the accidental 911 phone call, Simon is telling someone how he planned on following Walker so that he could kill him, according to CBS Miami. READ MORE
