While the nation’s attention has been focused on the alarming homicide rate in Chicago, Oakland has been enduring a rise in murders in 2013. According to HuffingtonPost, a San Francisco rapper named K.O. Da Bandit (AKA Keith Head) was shot and killed in downtown Oakland Tuesday night.
