Simple secrets like waking up early can help you lose weight.

New Years is here! The #1 Resolution is to loose Weight so here are 7 Ways to Speed Up your Metabolism to get that weight off!!!

Secret #1: Get more sleep! Research shows that sleep deprivation can send your hunger and appetite hormones out of whack.

Secret #2: Wake up earlier! You need to eat breakfast then exercise before you start your day!

Secret #3: Get active! Cardiovascular exercise as well as weight training gets your body, mind and heart going!

Secret #4: Eat all day! Eating 5-6 small meals throughout the day keeps a steady stream of energy available to your body. This boosts your metabolism and your brain power. (Healthy snacks though!)

Secret #5: Raise a glass! Dehydration can trick your brain into thinking you’re hungry, so instead of reaching for a cold one – water, that is!
