To say this has not been Katt Williams’ year, is an under statement!. Hell this hasn’t even been his MONTH! SMDH! The possibly retired comedian was arrested at his Los Angeles-area home on suspicion of felony child endangerment. According to multiple reports, Williams was jailed and his four kids were taken away after his Woodland Hills house was raided by cops, who found numerous guns and illegal drugs. Cameras caught up with Williams following his release from the LAPD’s Valley Jail in Van Nuys last night, where he talked about gun control laws and his various brushes with the law. When asked about his gun-related child endangerment charges, Williams boasted, “How do you keep kids safe without guns?” “If the police come in and raid my place and break into my gun boxes, you’re gonna find guns!” he added in the video. “I’m not in a gang, what difference does it make?” Williams also said that his children were not around illegal drugs, explaining, “There was no drugs … Weed is not a drug.” Authorities have placed Williams’ kids in protective custody and reportedly, the case will go to court next week for possible felony child endangerment charges. On top of his arrest, BMS has learned that the IRS filed a $4 million tax lien against the star on Dec. 18. Williams has had the following brushes with the law during the past few months: parking infraction, driving issue, bar fight, hotel disturbance and gun violation.
