A third accuser has stepped forward with claims of underage sex acts with puppeteer Kevin Clash.
According to attorney Jeff Herman, a third accuser, known as “John Doe” will be filing a suit against Kevin tomorrow in Manhattan Federal Court. Herman says his client is now 29-years-old and claims to have engaged in sexual acts with Kevin when he was sixteen.
Though he wishes to remain anonymous, Herman said his client began writing a book in 2009 about his experiences with Kevin and pages from the book will be announced during a press conference on tomorrow…after the lawsuit it filed.
