For kids that grew up in the late ’80s and early ’90s, “Saved By The Bell” was a television institution. We all enjoyed watching this after school and seeing Screech, Kelly, and A.C. Slater hang out at Bayside High School . And while some, Mario Lopez (AC Slater) and Tiffany-Amber-Thessen (Kelly Kapowski) had successful careers, others, like Lark Voorhies (Lisa Turtle), didn’t get so lucky.
Last Friday, Voorhies, now 38-years-old, appeared on Michael Yo’s “The Yo Show” on Yahoo!’s OMG! blog to the Internet’s collective horror. A crush for so many in the past, Voorhies shocked fans with a haggard appearance.
There is a debate on whether or not Voorhies got plastic surgery, but could it be something else? Allhiphop.com Reports
You remember her right? The cute chick Lisa Turtle from that show “Saved By The Bell,” right? Well, I like others thought she was somehow compromised by plastic surgery. Then somebody hit me on the side: “She’s got lupus.” I didn’t find any actual hard info that she has Lupus, but there are many people speculating that this is what she has.
