Beanie Sigel’s comeback could be derailed by a prison sentence later this week. He’s scheduled to be sentenced to prison on Thursday for failing to report income to the federal government. In August the Former Roc-a-fella rapper plead guilty to failing to file Federal Tax Returns from 2003- 2005 on more than One Million dollars worth of income. Apparently he owes $350,000. Beans faces three years in prison. Meanwhile he’s preparing to release a mixtape with all new material next week.
